Concerns with a brand new home?

We inspected another brand new home today, below are just a few items we found

Sewage didn't drain properly backing up into the house !!!Major YUCK

Garage door sensors in the wrong location/height which is a hazard for young children

Flat window ledges at the exterior which directs water to the inside walls

Missing proper fireplace hearth length leaving a fire hazard potential

Dishwasher was not completely installed so the water leaked under the kitchen cabinet

Missing rake flashing details at the roof to wall intersections which can rot the roof decking below

Attic pull down stairs installed unsafely. Builder used drywall screws instead of lag bolts as directed by the manufacturer

These were the bigger items mentioned, not the minor nit picky items
