Ellis Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated company. We have several inspectors with a wide range of backgrounds. Our inspectors are family-oriented with years of experience. Jim Ellis started Ellis Home Inspections in 1998 after completing the Carson Dunlop training program. Our organization has since grown from one man covering just Pensacola to several inspectors completing inspections from Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, FL to Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, AL.

Each of our inspectors owns his own home and knows what a buyer encounters while in the process of purchasing a new home. We have collectively inspected over 7,500 homes in Alabama and Florida. We are active members of Pensacola Area Realtors and Baldwin County Area Realtors. Also, we are licensed, insured, and bonded.
